I'm always mistaken for a trainer

Being a gymshark, I'm always mistaken for a trainer. That's honestly how this started — people watching me train and asking how I did some of the things I do. After enough of those conversations I figured I owed them real answers, so I got certified and made myself available to anyone with a question.
I'm an endomorph. That single fact shapes the whole program. I know what it feels like to put in months of honest work and get nothing back from the mirror, and I know how fast that talks a person out of training entirely. So I built the coaching around a scoreboard that doesn't lie: your lifts.
“I'm an endomorph, so I can relate to other endomorphs that work hard and don't see results. I have methods that show them they are on the right path. They have to realize they have to lock in and trust the process.”
Outside the gym
I game about ten hours a day, I work a job that lets me travel, and I like to have fun. People assume that's the opposite of training discipline. It's the same skill. Clearing a hard level means running it, failing, changing the one thing that killed you, and running it again — nobody quits a boss fight on attempt three and calls the whole build worthless. That's exactly how I coach. Your one rep max is your current level, the working sets are the grind, and the program is the route. We don't skip stages, and we don't rage-quit at week three.
Who I like working with
My favorite client is an endomorph that needs a push in the right direction. Usually he's over sixty, busy, starting over, and has never been shown his own starting numbers. He doesn't need to be shouted at — he needs the route drawn out and the first checkpoint made obvious. The result he's after is always the same: a lifestyle where fitness isn't a chore, it's just part of the day.
