Be my next success story
PhatDaddyEndo101 is one year in. I'd rather show you real results than made-up ones, so there are no testimonials on this page yet — there will be, and they'll have names on them.
If you come in now, you get founding-client attention: direct access, a program written around your tested numbers, and every question answered as it comes up.
“I'm always mistaken for a trainer.”
Sound familiar
You work hard. Nothing shows up.
01
The gym feels like a second job
You go because you're supposed to. You leave without knowing whether it counted. That's not a lifestyle, that's a chore with a membership fee.
02
Nobody told you where to start
Every plan online assumes you already know what a working set is, what weight to use, and what to do when your shoulder complains.
03
Six months in, same mirror
The effort is real and the reflection hasn't moved. So you decide it's your body's fault. It isn't — you were handed the wrong scoreboard.
The method
An honest number, then twenty to thirty pounds on it.
I find out your one rep max. Then I take off from there. I train your muscles to hold sets longer and prepare you for the next strength level. That's the whole program, and it's the reason the number keeps moving.
“They have to realize they have to lock in and trust the process.”
I'm an endomorph too
I can relate to other endomorphs that work hard and don't see results. My methods show you you're on the right path before the mirror catches up.
Strength as the scoreboard
The bar doesn't care about water weight or bad lighting. It tells you the truth in the window where everything else is still lying.
Educational, always
You learn why every set is there. The goal is you eventually knowing your own training, not depending on me forever.
Level select
Strength has levels. I walk you through each one.
No skipped stages, no heroic first session. You clear a level, you unlock the next weight.
01
Tell me where you are
One message with your history, your schedule and anything that hurts. No pressure, no script.
02
Test the max
We establish a real one rep max on your main lifts, safely, with the setup fixed first.
03
Run the program
Sets built to hold longer under load, so you're prepared for the next strength level rather than surprised by it.
04
Retest, move up
The number goes up, the plan adjusts, and fitness stops being a decision you make every morning.
Outcomes
What actually changes
Not a look. A set of things that get easier and stay easier.
- Your main lifts go up on a schedule you can see
- Training becomes a routine instead of a decision
- You know what every exercise is for and why it's there
- Getting off the floor, carrying bags and stairs stop being events
- You can train around a busy week without losing the thread
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks first
Am I strong enough to start?
There is no entry requirement. Week one is a tested one rep max — whatever that number is, it's just the starting line we measure from. Plenty of people begin with an empty bar and a ninety-day plan.
Will I get hurt?
Load only goes up when the position holds. We fix the setup on the squat, bench and deadlift before we chase weight, and every jump is based on a number you actually hit, not a number we hoped for.
Do I need to compete?
No. Competing is one option out of many. Most people here are training so that carrying groceries, playing with grandkids and getting off the floor stay easy for another twenty years.
I'm 68 and starting from zero. Is this for me?
That's exactly who this is built for. Newly single, busy, never trained seriously — you get the route drawn out step by step, and you get to ask any question you want, any time.

Certified because people kept asking.
My knowledge and skills in the gym leave people curious as to how I do some of the things I do. So I became certified, and I made myself available to answer any question someone has. One year into PhatDaddyEndo101, that's still how it works.
